The eShops programme has now closed

Important Update

The SuperValu eShops programme is coming to an end. From May 5th 2022, you will no longer be able to earn Real Rewards points through eShops or shop via the eShops website.

All Real Rewards points you have earned, excluding transactions you cancel, will be added to your Real Rewards account before June 9th.

 

Why are you removing the eShops programme ?

SuperValu Real Rewards is committed to helping you save money on your grocery bills, as well as providing great money saving offers with our partners. We are introducing some exciting new benefits for our Real Rewards members, giving you more value, more often. Keep an eye on your email as well as your Real Rewards app to be the first to know about the new, smart and simple ways to save more with SuperValu.

 What happens to points I’m due for recent transactions – how will I get them?

You will receive all points you have earned before the 9th June 2022. 

Will I still be able to see the points I’ve earned and my list of recent transactions?

You will be able to see your eShops transactions via the eShops website until 30th June 2022. After this point, the site will be inaccessible. 

I booked a holiday last year for July 2022, will I still get my points?

Yes, if you have already booked travel for after 5th May, you will receive your points before 9th June 2022.

What happens if I make an eShops transaction on the 2nd May, will I still get my points?

Yes, you will get all points owed to you on before 9th June.

Will all my transactions be applied at once before 9th June?

Yes – all of the points you’re owed will be sent to your eShops account in the one day, you will however, be able to see the breakdown of these points on your eShops account (until June 30th).

What happens if my transaction doesn't track? 

You will have until 14th May to tell us about any untracked transactions.

Terms & Conditions

  • The eShops programme will come to an end on May 5th 2022
  • From that date, you will no longer be able to earn Real Rewards points through eShops or shop via the eShops website.
  • All Real Rewards points you have earned, excluding transactions you cancel, will be added to your Real Rewards account before June 9th
  • You can continue to log into your eShops account until June 30th to see your eShops transactions. 
  • Points are available through eShops on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online.
  • Points can be collected by clicking through to the brand websites and shopping as normal.
  • Recurrences on the amount of purchases that can be made while collecting points may be limited.
  • Unless otherwise stated expect points to appear as pending within 7 days of the transaction in your eShops account. Transactions are usually confirmed in 35 days, unless otherwise indicated on the brand page. Points collected from travel bookings will be confirmed once you have completed your stay.
  • The vast majority of transactions track successfully; occasionally a transaction may not be tracked. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a "Missing Points" query within 100 days of the transaction, we will be unable to chase up claims older than this.
  • Please do not make purchase decisions based upon expected points as it is not guaranteed.
