Refreshing cocktail using Wilde Irish Gin.

Ingredients
- 20 ml Elderflower Cordial
- 1 cup Ice crushed
- 1 - Lime for 20ml Lime juice
- 100 ml Prosecco
- 1 bottle Soda Water
- 1 handfull SuperValu Fresh Mint 8 leaves
- 35 ml Wilde Irish Gin
Method
- Lightly muddle mint, lime and cordial in a tumbler glass.
- Add gin.
- Fill glass with crushed ice, stir, add a dash of soda water and top with prosecco.
- Garnish with fresh mint and a dehydrated lime wheel.
