Heat the oil in a large pan over a medium heat.
Add the onion, green pepper and garlic and
cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until the vegetables have
softened. Season with some salt and pepper
Add the shredded pork, chopped tomatoes, ketchup, stock and Worcestershire sauce to the pan and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has reduced. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper if desired.
Warm the rolls in the oven. Place a layer of the shredded pork in the sauce on one side of the roll, top with one or two slices of cheese and serve immediately.
