Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
- 6 tbsp Maldon Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme chopped
- 2 - SuperValu Mandarins zest only
- 0.25 - SuperValu Pomegranate for 1tbsp of juice
- 5 - SuperValu Star Anise bashed to break them up
Method
- No need to blend this, just thoroughly mix together the mandarin zest, star anise, salt, thyme, brown sugar and pomegranate juice. This keeps well in a glass jar for three weeks and makes a great gift.
