Ingredients

  • 4 - Spring Onions sliced
  • 4 - SuperValu Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • 50 g SuperValu Goodness Walnuts
  • 3 sprigs SuperValu Tarragon leaves only
  • 3 slices Wholemeal Bread

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC, gas mark 6.
  2. Place the bread, walnuts, spring onions, tarragon and seasoning in a food processor and blitz to give a coarse crumb. 
  3. Press onto the salmon fillets and place on a greased baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and salmon is cooked throughout.
