Red Wine Spritzer
For those of you who prefer red wine to white.

Ingredients
- 750 ml Emotivo Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 75cl Ricossa Barbera d’Asti
- 200 g SuperValu Blackberries
- 200 g SuperValu Raspberries
- 900 ml SuperValu Sparkling Water chilled
Method
- Fill the bottom of each wine glass with a mixture of the blackberries and raspberries.
- Pour in the wine in to cover the berries and let the glasses stand for approx 10 minutes.
- Add the sparkling or tonic water just before serving.
