Orange, Carrot and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Ground Turmeric or 2cm piece of fresh turmeric
  • 2 - SuperValu Carrot cut into chunks.
  • 3 slices SuperValu Fresh Ginger
  • 2 - SuperValu Orange peeled and pips removed.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  2. Cover with cold water and a few ice cubes, if using, and blitz until smooth.
  3. Drink immediately.

Tip:

If your oranges aren't sweet, you could add a spoonful of maple syrup to the mix.
