Ingredients

  • 240 ml Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 60 ml Captain Morgan Rum
  • 100 g Dark Chocolate melted
  • 8 - Ice Cubes
  • 60 ml SuperValu Cream

Method

  1. Drizzle the melted chocolate around the sides of a cosmopolitan glass.
  2. Pour the Baileys, rum and cream into a food processor and add the ice cubes.
  3. Blitz for 4–5 minutes until the ice is crushed.
  4. Pour immediately into the chocolate-drizzled glass.
