Delicious and healthy morning smoothie to get you off to a flying start. Makes about 600ml.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Chia Bia Milled Seeds
  • 2 - Banana
  • 2 - Kiwi fruit
  • 200 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 - SuperValu Granny Smith Apples
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Honey optional
  • 0.5 - SuperValu Lemon juiced

Method

Place all the ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender, and blitz until all the ingredients are combined.

Sprinkle with a few extra sunflower seeds.
