  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 65 g SuperValu Fresh Breadcrumbs
  • 1.5 tsp SuperValu Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1.5 tsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 65 g SuperValu Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 - SuperValu Hake Fillets (approx. 100g each) deboned
  • 1.5 tsp SuperValu Lemon zest, finely grated


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.

 2. Mix the breadcrumbs, mozzarella, garlic, thyme, dill, lemon zest and olive oil in a small bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Place the hake fillets on the lined baking tray. Top with the breadcrumb mixture and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden.

Tip: You could also use salmon in this dish.
