Barbecued portobello mushrooms lightly drizzled with a herby oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar optional
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme
  • 1 clove SuperValu Garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp SuperValu Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Parsley chopped
  • 4 large SuperValu Portobello Mushrooms
  • 0 - SuperValu Salt

Method

  1. Preheat the barbecue until medium-high.
  2. Pour the oil into a bowl and mix with garlic, herbs and seasoning. Brush the mushrooms with the flavoured oil, place onto the barbecue. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, then turn and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  3. Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, if using.
