Frozen Margaritas

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Caster Sugar
- 150 - Cointreau
- 0 - Ice Cubes
- 3 - SuperValu Limes juiced
- 250 g SuperValu Raspberries
- 500 g SuperValu Strawberries
- 240 ml Tequila
- 1 tbsp Water
Method
- Pour the juice of 1½ limes into a pan with the water and caster sugar and bring to the boil, then immediately remove from the heat.
- Place the strawberries and raspberries and the juice of 1½ limes into a processor, then add the syrup, tequila and cointreau.
- Add the ice cubes and blitz until crushed.
- Serve immediately.
