Description

Named after a town in Burgundy, France, this is perfect if you like rich, powerful, pungent cheeses. With a history that dates back to the 15th century, there are strict rules governing production, such as the one stating that the cow’s milk for Epoisses must come from the area around the tiny town that shares its name.  Works a treat with a glass of Trappist beer.

Epoisses goes well with Trappist beers or Sauternes.
