These pancakes are healthy and will only take a few minutes to make. Make the mixture in bulk and store it in the fridge!

  • 0.5 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 2 - Banana very ripe & mashed
  • 2 - Eggs
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Milled Organic Flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 125 g SuperValu Blueberries
  • 100 g SuperValu Ground Almonds
  • 1 drop SuperValu Oil for cooking

To Serve

  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Natural Yogurt


  1. Combine the mashed bananas and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the ground almonds, ground linseed, baking powder and cinnamon, then fold in the blueberries.
  2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan set over a low heat. Spoon in some of the pancake batter and cook over a very low heat. Take your time and don’t rush. When the pancakes are golden brown on the bottom, flip them over and cook the other side until golden brown.
  3. Drizzle with honey and serve with natural yogurt.
