- 30 ml Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 60 ml Espresso hot coffee
- 2 scoops SuperValu Ice Cream or gelato
Method
1. Scoop ice cream into the Irish coffee mug.
2. Pour Baileys Irish Cream and hot espresso over ice cream.
3. Serve immediately.
