O’Briens of Timahoe Co. Kildare have been producing quality cold cuts for SuperValu since 2006 using topside Bord Bia approved ham topsides. Our Supreme Cure range is exclusive to SuperValu and involves a slow curing process known as the Wiltshire Cure, which produces a salty, succulent joint of meat that encases as much flavour as possible within. Once the ham has been steamed, cooked and cooled it is hand finished with glaze or crumbs before being sliced into individual Signature Tastes packs.
