A healthy fruit puree that baby will love.
Serves: 1 person
(from 4 months)
- Chop the fruit into small chunks and place in a saucepan with 3 – 4 tablespoons of water.
- Cover and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and cook until very tender.
- Remove from the heat then using a hand blender or processor, blitz the fruit until a puree consistency has been achieved.
- Allow to cool, then freeze in ice cube portions.
