Ingredients

Serves: 1 person

  • 1 - Banana
    roughly chopped
  • 110 g Fresh Blueberries
  • 200 ml Natural Yogurt
  • 0 - Organic Wheatgrass
  • 0 - SuperValu Cranberry Juice
  • 110 g SuperValu Raspberries

Method

  1. Blend in a food processor until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass.
  3. And enjoy!

This recipe makes approx. 800ml.
