1 tbsp Chia Bia Milled Seeds
2 - Banana
2 - Kiwi fruit
200 ml Natural Yogurt
2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1 - SuperValu Granny Smith Apples
1 tbsp SuperValu Honey
0.5 - SuperValu Lemon
Place all the ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender, and blitz until all the ingredients are combined.
Sprinkle with a few extra sunflower seeds.
