Espresso cocktail recipe

  1. Make 300ml of coffee with the espresso shots topped up with hot water. Add the honey and brown sugar. Stir until melted. Add the cloves and allow to cool completely. If the coffee is too hot, it will melt the ice and make the cocktail watery.
  2. Once cool, add the whiskey and Cointreau. Shake with some ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a tall glass and garnish with the orange twists
