  • 1 tbsp Chia Bia Milled Seeds
  • 1 - Banana
  • 1 handfull Fresh Blueberries
  • 0.5 cup Low Fat Milk
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Honey
  • 1 handfull SuperValu Raspberries
  • 1 handfull SuperValu Strawberries
  • 0.5 cup Water

Method

Put all of these ingredients into blender & simply blend for a super nutritious smoothie!
