You will need a mixing bowl, a fork and a grater.
- Remove fillets from their packaging.
- Skin the fillets and check for bones,using your hands to remove any you find, break fish into pieces in mixing bowl.
- Grate the zest and squeeze the lemon juice over the fish.
- Add the yogurt and horseradish sauce. Mix everything together with a fork. Cover and leave to rest in fridge for an hour before using.
Spread on Oatcakes or brown soda bread, top with a few slices of cucumber and enjoy. Good as a packed lunch too. Stores well in fridge - keep covered Healthy source of fish oils - good for body and brain!
