Job description:

Main purpose of the role:
Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • 2 years€,, experience in a customer service facing role is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
  • The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.

    Cook at Home Room Production Supervisor

    Main Purpose of the job: To ensure the Packing area operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our customers with an excellent and innovative product.

    Main Duties:

    1. To oversee and ensure the smooth running of Packing and Dispatch operations.
    2. To assess how the work is organised and delegate accordingly.
    3. To be responsible for all KPI`s for Pettitts Cook At Home Products
    4. To be responsible for the innovation of new products and the developing of the Cook at home brand.
    5. To review of all existing lines re: cost efficiency, sales etc.
    6. To complete costings for all produce with Head Office Management
    7. To ensure adequate preparation and staff resourcing for busy periods.
    8. To take responsibility for the ordering of selected suppliers.
    9. To liaise with Fresh Departments to ensure on time delivery.
    10. To ensure all orders are finished well in advance of collection times.
    11. To develop and maximize growth in sales in Cook at home.
    12. To draw up and control staff rosters.
    13. To handle customer queries, requests and complaints according to the store`s procedures.
    14. To ensure staff dress and appearance is according to company policy.
    15. To have an in-depth knowledge of appropriate legislation to perform your job competently i.e. Health & Safety Regulations, Employment Legislation.
    16. To monitor customer complaints in liaison with Head Office Management.
    17. To attend regular management meetings as required and work to implement a programme of continuous improvement in line with these meeting actions as required.
    18. To manage staff performance in the production room.
    19. To assist in the induction, training and development of staff in the Food Production area.
    20. To ensure company rules, policies and procedures are adhered to.
    21. To attend any training or development programmes as directed by management
    22. To actively live the brand values and engage others to do the same.
    23. To carry out any other duties as directed by site management
