Main purpose of the role:
Shop and fulfil orders on behalf of our customers using the SuperValu.ie service.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
€ Previous retail experience is desirable is desirable
€ Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
€ Excellent communication skills
€ Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible
€ Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Main duties:
€ Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative
€ Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
€ Have good product knowledge to ensure the items that are picked are of the highest quality and substitution chosen are appropriate
€ Pack the products in the correct temperature zone and in such a way they arrive at the customers€,, home in perfect condition
€ Make decisions on behalf of customers if products ordered are unavailable
€ Work on own initiative with very little supervision
€ Keep up to date with team communication
€ Deal with routine customer queries.
