Main purpose of the role:
Shop and fulfil orders on behalf of our customers using the SuperValu.ie service.

The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Previous retail experience is desirable is desirable
- Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Main duties:
- Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and Imaginative
- Shop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with products
- Have good product knowledge to ensure the items that are picked are of the highest quality and substitution chosen are appropriate
- Pack the products in the correct temperature zone and in such a way they arrive at the customers` home in perfect condition
- Make decisions on behalf of customers if products ordered are unavailable
- Work on own initiative with very little supervision
- Keep up to date with team communication
- Deal with routine customer queries.

Online Shopping Assistant required for Riordan's Supervalu Fermoy.

3-4 Days Per week - this is a permanent position and candidates must be available from 7.00am/8.00am to 3.00pm/4.00pm daily.You will be picking orders for our Online Shopping Customers.

Applicants must be within commuting distance of Fermoy which has a limited Bus Service.
