We are recruiting a Sales Assistant for the Electrical department in our store.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Respond to sales enquiries either by phone or direct with customers, provide advice, information, quotations and ensure maximum level of sales and margin
• Offer alternative products, promote cross-brand sales
• Understand customer`s expectations and needs
• Monitor customer orders and deliveries
• Delivera fantastic customer service experience to every customer
• Replenishstock quickly and keepthe store immaculate and well merchandised
• Engage with new initiatives and embrace new ways of working
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management

The succssful candidate will have/be:

• High-end retail sales experience
• Experience dealing with customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistent with store policy
• Customer focused and sales driven
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in electrical products & staying up to date on new technology
• Friendly and engaging personality
• Positive attitude and take responsibility for ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience in our store

The successful candidate will be required to work weekends including Sundays and Public Holidays

Sales assistant required for our Homeware and Bargain Den department.

Role involves merchandising, buying, customer service and some office work
