2tbspCaster Sugar
or honey
1tspGaram Masala
400gNatural Yogurt
or Greek
Method
Place the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the sugar and garam masala. Layer the yogurt, fruit and nuts in four individual glasses and serve sprinkled with some extra cashew nuts on top. Serve cold.
