Method
Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of salted water as per pack instructions.
Drain and return to pan.
Meanwhile, heat the oil and butter in a separate pan over a medium heat and add the garlic and onion, stirring until softened but not browned.
Pour in the wine and bring to the boil then reduce the heat and add the prawns and salmon, allow to simmer for 6 - 8 minutes.
Pour in the cream and season with some pepper, and cook for a further minute or two.
Pour the seafood and cream mixture over the pasta, and transfer to a serving platter.
Sprinkle with some parsley and serve immediately.
