This is a quick and easy stir fry recipe that’s full of flavour and a definite way to increase your vegetable intake, omit the Turkey for a vegetarian option.

2tspFive Spice Powder
8 - Mushrooms
thinly sliced
1tspRapeseed Oil
1 - Red Pepper
thinly sliced
3mlSherry
(optional)
1tspSuperValu Cornflour
1cloveSuperValu Garlic
thinly sliced
100gSuperValu Green Beans
1 - SuperValu Onion
thinly sliced
500gSuperValu Rice
cooked as per pack instructions
2tbspSuperValu Soy Sauce
500gSuperValu Turkey Breast

Method
In a bowl combine the soy sauce, cornflour, sherry and five spice, stir to combine into a smooth sauce.
Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat and add the vegetables and stir fry for 2-3minutes.
Add the cooked turkey breast and cook until cooked through.
Stir in the soy sauce mix over the turkey and vegetable mixture and reduce the heat.
Cook for a further 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
To serve, divide the rice between 4 serving plates and add some turkey stir fry, drizzle with some wok juices and serve immediately.
