In a bowl toss the sweet potatoes and peppers with 1 tablespoon oil. Season with salt & pepper if desired and spread out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Put in oven and roast until tender - about 20 - 30 minutes.
In a large pot add 1 tablespoon oil over medium - high heat. Add onion, stirring often until soft.
Now stir in the garlic, paprika and cumin and cook for a further few minutes.
Add the mince meat, and cook until it browns.
Add in the beans, tomato, stock and cocoa and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer.
Remove the roasted peppers and potatoes from the oven and add to the pot and stir.
Serve each portion with a spoon of natural yogurt and cheese and sprinkle with coriander.
