Ingredients

  • 0 - Heinz Fiery Chilli Ketchup
  • 2 - Red Onion sliced into rings
  • 1 - SuperValu Burger Buns
  • 6 - SuperValu Fresh Chicken Fillets 1 Chicken Fillet per burger
  • 250 g SuperValu Streaky Bacon Rashers
  • 3 - SuperValu Tomato sliced

Method

  1. Place each chicken breast on a tray and a griddle pan, with 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
  2. In a pan, fry the streaky bacon on a medium heat for 5 minutes until crisp and brown.
  3. Warm the burger buns in a medium (160C)oven for 3-4 minute, just until warm.
  4. Place a generous squeeze of Heinz Fiery Chilli Ketchup on the burger bun base, layer the tomato slices, onion rings, chicken fillet and streaky bacon.
  5. Add some lettuce or cheese if desired.
