Dutch native, Marion Roeleveld and her husband Haske hand-make a range of traditional cheeses on their farm in Co. Galway, using milk from their herd of 200 goats. They have won a number of awards, including Supreme Champion at the 2014 Irish Cheese Awards. Killeen Farmhouse Goat’s Milk Cheese is creamy and smooth with a sweet flavour. The cheese becomes drier and slightly nutty with prolonged aging.
