Story

Pat and Anne O’Farrell have been making cheese on their farm at Carrigaline in Co. Cork since 1987. Their handmade cheese uses milk from Friesian cows grazing on the local limestone-based soil. Try it with chutney on some Irish brown bread, washed down with a glass of Pale Ale.
