Beef Teriyaki with Egg Noodles

  • 100 g Broccoli
  • 2 small Carrots peeled and finely chopped
  • 300 g Egg Noodles
  • 1 small Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  • 1 cm Ginger peeled and grated
  • 100 g Mange Tout halved lengthways
  • 300 g Minute Steak cut into thin strips
  • 100 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 medium Red Pepper deseeded and thinly sliced
  • 5 tbsp SuperValu Signature Tastes Teriyaki Sauce


  1. In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp of teriyaki sauce, the beef, garlic and ginger. Cover and leave to marinade in the fridge for 1-4 hours.
  2. Coat a wok or frying pan with oil and place over a high heat. Add the beef mixture, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the mushrooms, carrots, peppers and broccoli. Cook for a further 4-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the noodles, mangetout and 2 tbsp. of teriyaki sauce. Cook for 3 minutes and serve.
