Ingredients

  • 1 handfull Basil Leaves
  • 1 drop Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 8 slices Freshly Baked in store Meditteranean Bloomer
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 100 g Gruyere Cheese
  • 1 drop Honey
  • 8 tsp Pesto
  • 250 g Signature Tastes Piccolo Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 8 slices prosciutto

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Spread SuperValu Signature Tastes Pesto Alla Genovese on slices of SuperValu’s Mediterranean Style Bloomer. Top with SuperValu Signature Tastes Piccolo Cherry Vine Tomatoes, prosciutto, SuperValu French Gruyere, garlic, thyme and honey.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Top with fresh basil.
  4. Drizzle with SuperValu Signature Tastes Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
