SuperValu, proud sponsors of the Cork Senior Ladies Football team, has teamed up with the Cork LGFA Sciath Na Scol Corcaigh to launch the #RebelRoar – calling on the people of Cork to wear red this Friday and show their support for their county team, ahead of this weekend’s All-Ireland Football Final clash with Dublin.

With the help of schools around the county we plan on giving the players a virtual send-off that will inspire them to bring the Brendan Martin Cup home to Lee side. Beaumont Girls National School in Blackrock were practicing their #RebelRoar  on Monday when they received a visit from Cork GAA star, Saoirse Noonan.

If you want to play your part in the #RebelRoar all you need to do is:

1. Wear red this Friday. 
2. Post your video/picture of your class group/s showcasing your loudest #RebelRoar through your school Twitter/Facebook account.

Ten schools with the loudest #RebelRoar will win a set of 10 Gaelic Footballs each.
