Times are more than tricky for the elderly and most vulnerable in our communities.
It’s time for us to help those who need us most.
Those who have made us the people we are today, who have always shown us why community matters.
Those who at this moment in time are afraid, lonely, unsure and isolated, without someone close by to lean on.
That’s why SuperValu and Centra are working together with community organisations, like the GAA and local authorities to help.
So, if you’re elderly or vulnerable, and can’t get out to do your weekly food shop, then call your local authority helpline. They will connect you with local volunteers who’ll do your weekly shopping for you and bring it from our stores to your door.
We all have a part to play.
