Union Hall
Union Hall Smoked Fish is a family run business that has been operating from the fishing village of Union Hall, West Cork, for the almost 30 years. It was originally set up John and Elmar Nolan and is know run by their son Sean.
Our Smoke House in West Cork produce a wide range of Oak Smoked Fish items ranging from “Irish Smoked Salmon” to “Irish caught Tuna” to “Smoked Fish Pates”. The Food Academy has helped us grow as a company and we are working with other local Food Academy suppliers to help grow the renowned “West Cork” brand of food.
