Tim's Table

Limerick born Zara and Aussie Tim, husband and wife team set up Tim’s Table in 2016 hosting supper clubs around Limerick. 

Six years after our last supper club we decided to re open Tim’s table, in a slightly different light, we wanted to bring some of our favourite recipes from our long cheffing careers to more people and came up with Tim’s Table that you see today. 

Based in Limerick we produce all our products from our Kitchen in Crossagalla. 

Lavosh flat breads have been eaten in the Middle East for over 3000 years, I felt if something is that good it deserves a little attention. I first came across a recipe for Lavosh crackers over 15 years ago and in recent times I have retweeked it to the delicious moreish cracker you taste today.  With what we think is the perfect cracker for dips, cheese plates and charcuterie boards. We are now ready to share them with you, and we hope you share them at your dinner table. 

Our Marinated Feta styled cheese was a special treat in our house back in Melbourne, a deliciously velvety feta styled goats cheese marinated in olive oil, thyme, garlic and chilli. The combination here makes something very special that we had to share with you. 

It has been with the help of SuperValu that we have been able to come this far from our humble market stall that we still operate every Saturday morning in the milk market Limerick to here in SuperValu stores just for you. 

As a proud Australian I work with the Australian Embassy, catering for their different events through the year. From this relationship with the Ambassador we have been able to connect with some amazing charities that we also work with such as ChildVision. 

We try to be as eco friendly as possible at Tim’s Tabe, and we only use recyclable packaging.
