The Wild Wok
Hello, We are Asian Artisan foods (The Wild Wok). I suppose we were founded in 2016 when friends and family kept pushing us into food markets after dinner parties or gatherings as they were always impressed with the food we made.
The Dumplings we produce are very much a family recipe but were tweaked to use the best ingredients Ireland has to offer and as apprehensive as we were in the beginning the support and feedback we received from our customers really spurned us on to see where it could take us.
Musgraves gave us our ‘Big Break’ when we were accepted into their Food Academy programme and things have just gone from Strength to Strength since then. We offer 3 different flavours of Dumpling/Gyoza and introduced a Hand-made vegetarian spring roll at the end of 2022 which is really taking off now also. We can be found across the country from Dundalk to Cappoquin to Skibbereen to Killybegs and it’s all thanks to the help and support we received from our Amazing customers and the entire Musgraves/Supervalu teams.
We simply couldn’t have done it without you all and we hope our products give back a little piece of the love that you gave us.
