The Foodie Guy

Asor Flavours was established in May 2024. We began our journey as food consultants, working closely with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and local food producers to develop high-quality, flavour-driven offerings. 

For many years, I had a vision to bring chef-quality chilled sauces to the retail market. Fresh, restaurant-standard products of this calibre are not widely available, and our aim is to provide families with versatile, ready-to-use sauces that deliver exceptional flavour with minimal effort. 

Based in County Meath, we operate from a small, dedicated production kitchen attached to our home. With over 25 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in Ireland and the UK, I have worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs and led award-winning restaurant groups, managing teams of over 100 chefs. 

Together with my wife, Aury, who shares the same passion for flavour and craftsmanship, we have brought to life an idea we have discussed and refined for more than five years. Our combined experience and dedication are at the heart of every product we create. 

All Asor Flavours products are handmade in small batches, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. 

Truffle Sauce  

A rich and versatile sauce made with summer truffles and fresh lemon. Earthy and luxurious, it elevates crackers, chips, sandwiches, meats, and pasta — anywhere you’d usually use mayonnaise, but better. 

Mild Garlic Sauce  

A vibrant garlic and herb sauce inspired by South American flavours. Perfect for barbecues, meats, grilled vegetables, seafood, sandwiches, and salads. Fresh, bold, and incredibly versatile. 

Umami Cheezy Sauce  

A deeply savoury sauce celebrating the fifth taste. Cheesy, nutty, and moreish, it brings depth and richness to pastas, cheeses, meats, roasted vegetables, and everyday snacks. 

The Food Academy 

Participation in the Food Academy has been instrumental in our development as a business. Before joining the programme, we struggled to clearly communicate our vision and understand how to bring a product successfully to market. Through mentoring and hands-on support, the Food Academy helped us refine our ideas and provided invaluable guidance in food safety, branding, marketing, and business development. The programme has equipped us with the tools and confidence to grow Asor Flavours into a sustainable and successful food business.
