Roll it Pastry is an award winning all-butter, ready to roll pastry suitable for making sweet and savoury tarts and pies. Roll It pastry is made using quality Irish butter and other quality ingredients produced in Ireland, including free range eggs.
Seeing the need for good quality, ready to roll butter pastry, Mairead developed her products, following a family recipe, and in 2013 she launched Roll It pastry from her home kitchen. With the support of her Local Enterprise Office and the Food Academy Programme, the number of SuperValu stores stocking Roll It Pastry has continued to grow, and Mairead now operates out of her own purpose built commercial kitchen. Roll It Pastry has picked up a number of prestigious awards in the last couple of years.
