Peas and Love - Overnight Oats
I grew up in a home where food, wellness, and hospitality were woven into everyday life. With my dad working as a chef, we were essentially reared in kitchens—surrounded by creativity, flavour, and the rhythm of service. That upbringing sparked my lifelong belief that food has the power to support wellbeing, family, and connection. After training professionally and working in Michelin-starred kitchens, I developed a deep passion for health, balance, and living an active lifestyle. I wanted to bring that standard of quality into every day, accessible food.Peas & Love began long before I ever had a brand. It started with 4am Saturday journeys from New Ross to the Limerick Milk Market, carrying small batches of handmade Overnight Oats and Power Balls. Those early mornings became one of the most defining chapters of the business. Customers returned week after week, sharing stories, urging me to create a retail range, and spreading the word in a way that any founder dreams of. The genuine excitement and connection at the market helped shape what Peas & Love has now become—a premium Irish wellness brand grounded in community and authenticity.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple philosophy: Feel Good Food. We create food that proves it’s entirely possible to live a fast-paced, busy life and cultivate health at the same time. Every product is made with clean ingredients, handcrafted in small batches in our New Ross kitchen. Our Protein Packed Overnight Oats, are crafted for busy workers, parents, school lunches, gym-goers, and anyone who wants to support their wellbeing through delicious, functional nourishment.
Sustainability is fundamental to our ethos. We prioritise local sourcing, reduce food miles, use recyclable packaging, and design recipes that minimise food waste. As we grow, so does our ability to create local jobs and contribute to community wellbeing through partnerships with cafés, gyms, schools, and charity initiatives.
