Morella Mocktails

I founded Morella Mocktails after spending over a decade working in hospitality, where my love for mixology really began. Cocktail making taught me the importance of flavour, balance, and a refined palate. but it also highlighted a major gap. Time after time, I watched people who either couldn’t or chose not to drink have little to no options. There were no alcohol-free choices in the Irish cocktail space that offered real flavour or the feeling of a true cocktail experience. I knew there had to be a better way.

Morella Mocktails is founded in Cavan, and every drink we produce is made here in Ireland. My goal from the beginning has been to bring genuine cocktail craft to the alcohol-free space to create mocktails that feel just as satisfying, sophisticated, and enjoyable as the drinks I spent years perfecting behind the bar. Each blend is developed with attention to depth, aroma, texture, and the kind of flavour finish you’d expect from an expertly made cocktail. We produce our drinks here in Ireland with trusted local partners, supporting Irish industry and using recyclable packaging wherever possible to reduce our overall impact. Keeping manufacturing in Ireland allows us to maintain the quality, consistency, and careful craft that defines our brand. 

Inclusion is at the heart of Morella Mocktails. Whether someone is choosing not to drink for wellness, pregnancy, health, early mornings, or simply preference, they deserve something they can feel proud to hold and excited to drink. Morella exists to give people that option a drink that looks great, tastes exceptional, and never feels like a compromise.

Joining SuperValu Food Academy has been a transformative step for our business. The programme has provided invaluable mentorship, structure, and industry insight. It has helped us refine our branding, strengthen our operations, and prepare for wider retail opportunities. Most importantly, it has given us a platform to share our Irish-made, mixologist-crafted mocktails with more people across the country. 

Morella Mocktails is still growing, but our mission remains the same: to elevate alcohol-free living with drinks that celebrate flavour, craft, and feeling good.
