We are Elle and Norza, founders of Malay Kitchen. We began our culinary venture when we opened the doors of our first restaurant in Kinsale in 2014, then branching out to Cork City. Our mission is to bring recipes passed down to us by our mothers and grandmothers to Irish homes.
Food is a huge part of Malaysian culture and our goal is to combine our professional expertise as chefs with our heritage to allow you to experience restaurant quality, healthy, and authentic street food in your own home. Our range of ethnic sauces are the first to be produced and freshly prepared in Ireland, by native Malaysians.
We only use fresh ingredients from local suppliers in our Rendang & Massaman curry pastes and Pad Thai sauce. Our Malay Kitchen sauces are prepared using our own heritage recipes, no MSG or artificial additives. Enjoy the rich taste of vegan-friendly and gluten-free sauces and experience the rich spices and aromas of Malaysian cuisine in your own kitchen.
