Le Petit Four, a French patisserie based in Dublin was established in 2023, with a goal to provide high-quality, handcrafted pastries and desserts that showcase the artistry and tradition of French pastry making. We produce all of our creations in the Spade Enterprise Centre in Smithfield, Dublin 7. 

After arriving in Ireland in 2000 at the age of 17, I worked as a chef and supervisor for 13 years in various restaurants. However, I’ve always had a passion for French pastry. This led me to pursue formal education in the Baking and Pastry Arts Management course at DIT Dublin, where I graduated with both technical knowledge and creative inspiration. With this foundation, I decided to open my own patisserie in 2023 to share my love for traditional French desserts with the local community. 

At Le Petit Four, we offer a range of artisanal pastries and desserts, including our signature chilled layered desserts in flavours like Lemon & Lime, Irish Sea Salt Caramel, and Pistachio & Raspberry. Every product is handmade in small batches using premium, locally sourced ingredients such as Wexford Irish sea salt, Irish butter, and free-range eggs. We are dedicated to offering a genuine, premium experience that brings the highest quality French pastries to Dublin. 

In addition to our focus on quality, we are deeply committed to sustainability. Our packaging is made from recyclable materials, and we choose reusable glass options to minimize environmental impact. This commitment ensures that our products are not only delicious but also align with our values of environmental responsibility. 

The Food Academy programme, run by SuperValu, has been instrumental in helping us grow. Through their expert guidance, workshops, and support, we’ve had the opportunity to place our products on the shelves of one of Ireland’s leading retailers. The programme has not only helped expand our reach but also provided invaluable mentorship, allowing us to refine our business and product offerings.
