We are a family-run business since 2012, specializing in gluten-free baked goods and now baking mixes as well.
After being diagnosed as a Coeliac in 2010, I could not find any freshly baked GF goods, only long shelf-life products. As a keen baker, I decided I needed to do something about this, as a Coeliac or a person with gluten intolerance should enjoy food like everyone else. My goal then, and still is, to help coeliacs and those with gluten intolerance fall in love with food again.
We started with baked goods, then in 2020, we saw a gap in the market for good quality gluten-free mixes. We began our innovation and conducted surveys at our weekly farmers' markets to determine exactly what our customers wanted. From there, we developed our first range of gluten-free mixes.
All our Crust mixes are award-winning and recently won a gold award from the Free From Ireland Awards 2023. We also received an Innovation Award from the Free From Ireland Awards 2023.
We outsource our gluten-free mixes to a dedicated gluten-free BRC milling facility.
We are proud to say that our product range has grown from strength to strength, and we feel it is the right time to get our products on retail shelves around Ireland, as people are now asking where they can find our products.
