Clare Jam
Clare Jam is a family business located in Doolin, Co. Clare, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful Aran Islands. Clare Jam brings the freshness and flavour of its West of Ireland setting to a delicious range of hand-made extra fruit jams, marmalades, jellies and chutneys which are prepared in the Company’s own purpose built kitchen. Only the finest pure, whole, natural ingredients are used in all our products and to maintain their natural taste, the jams are prepared using traditional open pan boiling method and are hand-poured.
The Food Academy, SuperValu and Bord Bia have been a great support to small food producers like ourselves, we greatly appreciate the opportunity that the Food Academy has given to us.
