“Andrea’s Kitchen” was established in February 2023 in Shanagarry, East Cork, and is dedicated to producing fresh, fruity-flavoured preserves with sustainability at its core.
I have always had a deep passion for preserving, cooking from scratch, and baking, as well as growing fruit and vegetables in a sustainable way.
Handcrafted small batches of jam, honours my commitment to the planet by using solar energy and incorporating a small percentage of fruit grown sustainably in our garden. Every jar I produce is made in harmony with the environment, helping to reduce its carbon footprint.
Catering to a diverse clientele, I take pride in offering products that appeal to the young, families, and the older generation alike. Foodies and gourmet enthusiasts especially appreciate the artisanal care and flavours I pour into every jar.
