Yogurt with Fruit and Spices

Serves: 4 people

  • 1 - Apple
    grated, with or without skin
  • 1 - Banana
    finely chopped
  • 8 - Cashew Nuts
    finely chopped, plus extra to garnish
  • 2 tbsp Caster Sugar
    or honey
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 400 g Natural Yogurt
    or Greek


  1. Place the yogurt in a bowl and stir in the sugar and garam masala. Layer the yogurt, fruit and nuts in four individual glasses and serve sprinkled with some extra cashew nuts on top. Serve cold.
